Pricing Policies:

Apex Enterprises are committed to offering the market excellent product at highly competitive prices. For best pricing, we use the exchange rate of the day of quoting. Rather than standardise a "one price does all" freight price, that too is quoted by us against clients delivery address. These methods ensure best pricing for our clients and are in the currency of clients delivery country.

Warranties:

Our warranty details are contained in the User Manual item 12 (Last Page). Please do not send any product back until authorised.

Delivery:

We will ship anywhere... worldwide to clients door! Our prices include Delivery and Insurance using our preferred carriers. Please note that the freight company making delivery to client is unable to unpack and assemble the battery to the wheel chair etc. We send clients a tracking number once your goods are under way.

Returns and Refunds:

Please choose carefully. As these items are shipped directly from the factory in China to the client in another country, we do not give refunds if client simply changes their mind or selects the wrong model. Exchanges or refunds are at the discretion of the Manufacturer.
